Let's Be Brutally Honest... Can We?
Will everyone that you sponsor complete the daily task in the Accelerator Plan on a consistent basis? Probably not. There are many lazy people looking for a free ride.
Most opportunity seekers think that if they join a program and do nothing... their income will magically appear somehow. Those are what I like to call, the "pretenders."
Pretenders act as if they are serious about making money, but if they don't earn thousands of dollars in their first week or two... they quit and are on to something else... soon to fail again. Like Albert Einstein said...
"The meaning of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
Pretenders waste their time and money jumping from opportunity to opportunity hoping to "get-rich-quick." Unfortunately for them there is no such thing. If it were that easy... everyone would be rich.
If creating wealth was easy...
wouldn't everyone be wealthy?
In your quest to earn a livable income and beyond, you are going to come across far more pretenders than you will leaders. However... if you refer a lot of pretenders, that doesn't mean you should quit, get discouraged and become a pretender yourself. That's when you should become even more determined to succeed.
A pretender is not going to help you or anyone else, including themselves, become successful. So why waste your time and energy on them and let them hold you back from pursuing your goals and dreams? There are plenty of people out there just waiting for an opportunity like OSI. You'll find them.
For every pretender there's someone that will do twice the job. Those are the referrals you want in your organization. I refer to them as leaders. If you hustle and sponsor just a few leaders, they could EXPLODE your (and their) income.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about...
You may or may not have heard of Bill Britt, one of the most successful distributors in Amway. Some years ago, 20/20 (a U.S. "investigative" TV show) did a feature story on Amway.
In typical hit-journalism fashion, they spent 19 minutes interviewing the whiners and complainers of several distributors who had failed and showed their garages full of products they couldn't sell.
During the last minute of the show, Mr. Britt was interviewed in front of his palatial home. He was asked, "Mr. Britt, this business has obviously worked for you. What's your secret?"
Bill Britt replied...
"There is no secret. I simply showed the plan to 1200 people. 900 said, 'No.' and only 300 signed up. Out of those 300, only 85 did anything at all. Out of those 85 only 35 were serious, and out of those 35, 11 made me a millionaire."
In the case of One Step 4 Income.
You will be marketing your strategy to at least 5,000 people 5 to 6 days a week. In for one month... that's 100,000 people.
Out of those 100,000 maybe 120 will actually open your message. 100 will say 'No' and only 10 will go to the website.
From there maybe 5 will sign up and only 1 will be a leader. But the 1 leader is the one that will do the same thing as you to build his/her business.
Now let's be conservative and say that you refer only one leader a month, and each leader does exactly the same as you. What do you think your income would look like after 6 months or a year? With NPN alone, you would be earning over $50,000 a year!
And... as that process is duplicated over and over... you have the potential to make more money than you ever dreamed possible.
So the choice is yours... do you have the desire and the drive it takes to be a leader and succeed, or will you be one of the whiners and complainers that pretend they're serious about making money?
ANY business is a numbers game, plain and simple! Remember that -- be persistent and you WILL succeed.
