The entire objective of OSI is to market and build you a downline for free, then feed it into paying businesses so you can earn a livable income of between $50,000 and $100,000 within a year. In order to do this you must eventually join businesses that will pay you recurring (monthly) commissions for referring new members.
The core-business in the OSI System is New Plan Network, or NPN. NPN is an online business that specializes in tools to market your business and/or service. NPN also pays you commissions on every new member that you directly refer and on the new members that your referrals refer down at least 5 levels.
To gain a better perspective on the NPN pay plan, click on one or all of the links below and view the Power of One graph, the Ladder Step payplan and/or the Video.

Now take a look at the increasing income potential and how the NPN Ladder System Payplan works.
If you request, you can have your referrals join NPN from your Referral Distribution System (RDS) link. Here's a video that shows how the Referral Distribution System works.
Referral Distribution System (RDS)
You may be wondering why NPN was selected as the core-business of the OSI System. Well, there are a few reasons...
1. NPN is very inexpensive to join and shouldn't interfere with most people's lifestyle. It costs $10.75 per month to be a NPN Pro member. That breaks down to less than .36 cents a day. You can't buy a cup of coffee for that much now days.
2. It only takes 2 referrals to break even. Once you refer more than 2 new members, each member after that is pure profit. Referring 2 new members should be extremely easily to achieve as long as you follow the OSI marketing strategy.
3. NPN provides you with valuable tools to market your program for such a small monthly investment. Click here to see the tools you receive with your NPN membership. You would pay a minimum of $50 to $100 dollars each month if you were to use these tools from independent sources.
4. Due to the NPN Ladder System payplan, you avoid having to join other businesses right away in order to increase your income. This makes the income progression seamless and allows you even more convenience promoting multiple streams of income with a single URL (your OSI URL.)
Correct Procedure for Joining NPN
You can join NPN directly from the website using a credit card. However, NPN uses one of the following payment processors to pay commissions. So it's a good idea to get yourself a SafePay or AlertPay account prior to joining to avoid any delays. SafePay and AlertPay are the only two payment processors that NPN uses and are the oly way to get paid.
I get a number of emails from members complaining that NPN doesn't offer PayPal as a payment processor. Here's why... PayPal will not do business with Net/Web, Nework or Multi Level Marketing businesses. Consequently, these types of businesses have no choice but to use other sources for their payment processor needs.
Here are the links if you would like to sign up free for either payment processor.
SafePay is not available for residents in Texas (US) ad a few other countries. Check with SafePay support before you sign up to avoid any problems.
To join NPN, send a "Request to Join" email message to the OSI administrator at osimembers@gmail.com
Include the following information in the body of your message:
Full name
OSI ID#
Email address
You will be sent the NPN link of your OSI referring sponsor along with the instructions on how to join NPN. It is very important that you read an follow that message so you sign up correctly.
How to Strategically Increase Your Income With NPN... Without Taking Any Additional Money Out of Pocket
After you join NPN, you DO NOT change a thing. You continue promoting your OSI URL by following the Accelerator Plan, just as you did before you joined NPN.
Here's why. OSI was designed to build you a downline so you could feed your direct referrals into NPN. As you and your referrals promote OSI and feed new members into NPN, you will be paid monthly commissions according to the NPN payplan expalined in the links you reviewed earlier on this page.
It makes no sense to try and promote multiple programs with individual URLs, when you can promote a single URL and build multiple streams of income.
The strategy you should follow is to advance to a higher step in the NPN payplan as soon as you can cover the monthly fee for the next highest level with your commissions.
For example: Your break even point for to advance to the Plus level would be to have at least 4 direct referrals at the Pro Level. This will assure that you will not have to take any money out of pocket to pay your Plus level fee.
Your break even point to advance to the Director level would be to have at least 5 Pro level direct referrals, 3 Plus Level direct referrals, or a combination of referrals that add up to roughly $40,00 per month in commissions.
You maintain this strategy until you have advanced to the Platinum Level and will earn a minimum of $150.00 on each member you refer to the Platinum Level.
Keep in mind that your referrals can join at any level that they desire. Most, if not all, will join at the Pro Level, but you may have some that would prefer to join at a higher level to jump start their income even more.
It is a good idea that you always stay one level ahead of your referrals so you can maximize your earnings. If one or more of your referrals is at a higher level than you, you don't earn a higher commission on them until you are at least on the same level (or higher) than they are.
After you have advanced to the Platinum Level and are earning at least $500 per month, you will have the opportunity to join the 2nd business in the system. Since OSI is a relatively new system (less than one year old) and NPN has gone to a multiple step payplan, I decided to drop the rest of the businesses in the System until we have enough members advance to the Gold Level in NPN.
I did this for a couple of reasons. First, I didn't want members jumping too far ahead and finding themselves running out of money. That was not the purpose of the OSI strategy.
Secondly, OSI is a team of individuals trying to build a better lifestyle for themselves. I felt that instead of me dictating the next businesses that we join, I would research a number of legitimate businesses and list them on the member forum for members to vote on. I am all for a Democratic process.
OSI was built for everyone to succeed. I do not want to leave anyone behind that seriously wants to build a better lifestyle.
Unfortunately on the Internet, there are far too many scams and programs that just do not work. I want OSI members that take their business seriously to have a much better than average chance to succeed.
I don't always have all the answers and there are a great number of talented OSI members that, when working as a collective unit, can build OSI into the best opportunity on the Internet. So I'd be crazy not to utilize this talent.
