How One Step 4 Income (OSI) Works
OSI is a FREE downline builder/feeder system and marketing strategy... NOT a business.
OSI was designed to help you build a downline of referrals and YOUR OWN BUSINESS by using free marketing sources, tactics, techniques and strategies then feed, or convert, your referrals into the "core-businesses" in the OSI system, New Plan Network (NPN) one-at-a-time to earn recurring commissions.
Instead of being left alone to figure out how to operate and run a successful online business, OSI guides you through the entire process. As a member of OSI, you are provided with a marketing plan, pre-written messages and ad copy to promote with, a member forum, a back office and downline builder.
As a bonus, you are provided with expert advice from the author of “Take Charge – Get Results," George Morse (includes an online copy of the book) and personal support from the OSI founder and administrator, Ray DeGrendel... all FREE of charge!
The objective of OSI is to join the core-business, NPN, as quickly as possible to begin building a recurring income stream. Then to use that income stream to reinvest and finance the rest of the business building process. You want to join NPN as quickly as possible to avoid having your referrals "leapfrog" you. It's NOT mandatory to join NPN right away, however, it's completely your choice when to join NPN. (I'll explain a little later.)
You either pay the fee to join NPN directly ($12.75 mo.,) or participate in one or more of the "get-paid-to" services that we provide so you can earn the money before you join NPN. Each of these programs will earn you an income slowly and have been offered as a way for someone that can't afford $12.75 to earn it without investing any money.
Most members opt to pay for NPN it because it's so inexpensive and it only takes two referrals to cover the monthly cost. There has to be money paid in order to get money out.
Then when your referrals are ready to join NPN, they contact OSI and I send them your NPN link to join. You earn referral bonuses and monthly commissions from their fees.
You continue promoting your OSI System and bring in additional referrals to feed into your NPN business. You DO NOT quit promoting after two referrals have joined NPN!
OSI was designed to promote and build your downline (free) and feed your referrals into your paying businesses. So you can build a business and earn an income without going broke in the process.
NPN has a 6 step progressive payplan. You use your profits to advance to each step. Then after you have earned enough in profits to join business #2 in the OSI System, you'll again contact the administrator for the link to business #2 and the process starts
over again. This process continues until you have joined all the businesses in the OSI system (your referrals also follow the same progression.)
The additional businesses in the system will be added as the first OSI members have moved through at least 4 steps of the NPN payplan. A vote will be taken ion the member forum of which businesses to add to the system once that time comes. That way members have a say in the businesses they would like to join.
Any and all businesses that are added to the system will be thoroughly investigated by the OSI administrator before it is offered for a vote.

Typically, people interested in building an online business and income for themselves go about it the wrong way.
Most people search for a business or opportunity that looks easy to operate and profitable. In most cases they are lured into these businesses by slick copy-writing and marketing from a website that vaguely tells them what the opportunity is and what it entails.
Once these people have spent money to join a business, they usually find out that it's not what they thought it was and that it would take a lot more time, money and effort than they have available. So, they end up jumping from one opportunity to another wasting more money and time until it's all used up.
In other instances, many people join a business and quit, or jump to another business before they even give the first business a change to produce. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A GET RICH QUICK BUSINESS PROGRAM!!!

OSI was designed to reverse the trap so many people fall into. By giving away the System free, we eliminate any and all financial risk normally associated with online opportunities. OSI allows you to use our marketing plan to refer and build a downline before you risk one dime.
Secondly, OSI uses a series of businesses that members can join. We start with one business at a time and build up to as many as 3 to 7 businesses by using our profits to finance the entire process.
The core-business (first business) in the system costs just $12.75 per month to join, but has one of, if not the best, affordable payplans on the Internet.
OSI members can join the core-business by using money out of pocket, or can work the free services that we provide until they earn enough money to join. That way you can start small and gradually grow big without going broke.
Most members opt to join the core-business early because it doesn't cost a "King's ransom" to join and only requires two referrals to cover the monthly fee. Usually two referrals can be fed into the core-business before the second payment is due. And any referrals over and above two puts you into profit.
The core-business payplan consists of 6 levels, or steps. OSI members feed their referrals into the core-business and earn $5 recurring commissions on their direct referrals and .50 cent commissions on their indirect referrals 5 levels deep.
There are other bonuses and incentives included in the NPN payplan, but for the sake of keeping it simple, I will just focus on the base commissions. You will find a link later on this website that explains the entire payplan in more detail.
Once a member has earned enough money to advance to the next level in the payplan, they use their profits to advance. Each time you advance, your recurring income will increase as well.
Ultimately, each member will earn a $150 recurring monthly income on each and every direct referral they feed through the 6 steps in the NPN payplan. Remember, that doesn't include the earning from referrals in the lower levels of the payplan.
That means with only 30 direct referrals, you would be earning a MINIMUM of $4,050 per month, or $48,600 (U.S.) per year.
How many other businesses do you know of that will pay you $50K per year on only 30 referrals? And that's just with the first business in the OSI System alone!
Most People Go Through Life
Following the Same Failing Plan...
Most people growing up are told that they need to go to school and get a college degree so they can get a “good” job and work the rest of their life for someone else. But why is this so great?
Did you know that the average college graduate never enters the field in which he/she majored in and changes jobs on average 11 times during their working lifetime?
Not only that, most college graduates enter the work force deeply in debt due to college loans. The longer they remain in college working for that degree, the more in debt they become BEFORE they even earn a dime. So right off the bat most college graduates are deeply in debt and have to work for years just to pay off their enormous debts and break even.
What's more... unless you're highly skilled in a technical field, the chances of you earning $100K per year or more are slim and none.
Now I'm not anti-education or even anti-college. On the contrary... all 3 of my children and 2 step children have college degrees (two with masters degrees.) With the exception of one, they now work for someone else struggling to pay off their loans. And at the rate they're going, it'll take them 10 or more years just to break even.
Now let's look at the typical online opportunity seeker. Most opportunity seekers pay money to join and market an online business long BEFORE they make a profit. So eventually they go broke, quit and either jump to another business or quit altogether.
There are certain things that must be done in order to accomplish a goal or objective...
To lose weight (body fat) – you need to follow a proper eating and exercise plan.
To build a house – you need to start with a foundation and build from the ground up.
To earn a degree – you need to go to college, attend classes specific to your degree, study and get passing grades.
To get to a destination - you need to follow a map to see where you are going.
Now let me ask you this... what do all three of these things have in common?
Answer; They each take time and a specific plan to accomplish. They do not happen overnight.
"Anything worthwhile in life takes time and effort. So why should making money be any different?"
Forget about the old saying that “it takes money to make money,” because that isn't necessarily true if you follow a certain plan or strategy.
You have two choices to make money.
1. You can invest money wisely to make it grow. But that takes money and expertise. And as you can recently see, even that isn't a sure thing any more.
2. If you have little or no money... you can trade or sacrifice your time, experience and efforts for a paycheck. That's called a job.
3. You can invest a lot of money in building a profitable on or offline business. But again, that takes a time, money and expertise.
OR, if you have very little time, money and/or expertise, you can follow the OSI strategy and use your profits to finance your business and build an income over time.
...that's what OSI was designed to do for you.
If you're given the proper plan and you focus your time and efforts on that plan... over time you can achieve an incredible income. And OSI can make it possible.
BUT... it won't happen over night and without a nominal effort. If you believe there's a shortcut to becoming wealthy, my advice would be to cancel you OSI account right now and pursue that illusion.
There is NO magic potion
to creating wealth.
All OSI has to offer is a proven plan to show you how to build an incredible income over time.
Some will build it faster than others and some will build nothing at all. But anyone that focuses their effort and has the patience to see the OSI plan through, will have the opportunity to make more money than they ever thought possible.
If you are seriously willing to make that commitment to yourself and to the OSI System... you will be successful. However, if you're the type of person that quits something after a few days, weeks or months because you're not a millionaire yet or because it's too hard, or takes too much time... then OSI is NOT for you.
The choice is yours to make... you can dedicate your efforts to creating a better lifestyle for yourself... or you can continue what you've been doing unsuccessfully in the past and continue your fruitless search for that big payday.
Yes that sounds cold, but we're all adults here. I'm a realist that will always speak frankly. I'm not one to beat-around-the-bush or BS anyone. That's my commitment to you as long as you remain committed to OSI.
Keep It Simple Stupid (the KISS Theory)
One Step 4 Income is really an easy concept to understand. There are just 2 basic elements that you need to know.
1. Use the OSI System to market your System and build a downline.
2. Feed your referrals into paying businesses after you join them one-at-a-time.
That's it! The ONLY thing you have to provide is a small portion or your time and effort.
You're not even required to invest money if you don't have it, or prefer not to. It's entirely up to you.
If you follow the 2 step strategy, you cannot fail.
Will it take time? Yes, it won't happen over night But if you focus on your task, consistently promote your program and maintain contact with your referrals, you can earn a livable income in your first year.
Will I get rich? Not right away and maybe never. There are no guarantees and everyone has their own idea of what being "rich" is. But if you are focused and persistent, you have a realistic opportunity to drastically improve your lifestyle.
To me $50,000 to $100,000 a year is an achievable goal and would satisfy me and most people. But why would you stop when you reach the $50 to $100K mark? You can only earn more the longer you stay in the program.
